Summary of Findings of Red Dawn Foster’s Nominating Petition for State Senate

I reviewed Red Dawn Foster's nominating petition this afternoon. After 14 pages, these are the results that I found with verifiable signatures:

60 registered Democrat signatures (w/ 2 inactive voters identified)

18 registered Other Party Affiliation signatures (Republican, NPA, Independent)

42 signatures that I could not locate on the SOS voter registration website. The signatures were illegible or misspelled. Very sloppy petition I might add.

1 signature that was outside of District 27 (Hermosa, SD)

I did not review the signatures on pages 15-16 (17 signatures). I stopped after obtaining 60 valid signatures.
