Good evening District 27. I watched the live stream of Referred Law 21 (RL 21) forum tonight at Second Street Station in Watertown, SD (https://www.facebook.com/sdprlca/videos/965171072058522).
If you are confused or unsure about what Referred Law 21 is all about, I highly recommend you take some time to review this recorded live-stream broadcast of this event. This will tell you what is at stake and at the heart of the issue - loss of local control and rights of private landowners. Do not be deceived by the language on the ballot titled "Landowner Bill of Rights." RL 21 is a bad law and needs to go.
