When Anger Clouds Judgment

A person can certainly express anger and frustration; however, when those emotions cloud one’s judgment, that is another matter.

On August 18, 2026, Democratic Socialist and District 27 State Senate candidate Celestine Stadnick posted a video on her campaign Facebook page following the Pass Creek District Meeting. In the video, she speaks openly about her difficulty controlling her anger, which she described as “anger issues.” I encourage you to watch the video before casting your vote and decide for yourself what it reveals about her approach to handling disagreements.

I believe District 27 voters deserve a senator who can remain calm under pressure, listen to opposing viewpoints, debate policy civilly, and make decisions based on facts rather than emotion.

On November 3rd, I respectfully ask for your vote for South Dakota State Senate in District 27.
