A Summer of Parades Across District 27
This past Friday, I closed out my summer parade schedule by participating in the Wall High School “Home Sweet Homecoming” Parade. It was a fun afternoon seeing so many people along the parade route as I traveled around W. South Boulevard, following the Wakin’ Bacon business owners, who passed out their crispy bacon along the route.
To celebrate America’s 250th anniversary, I was proud to participate in nine parades across District 27 in the following communities and meet so many voters along the way:
Wasta Independence Day Celebration: July 4
Wall Celebration: July 11
Oglala Sioux Nation Fair and Rodeo (Pine Ridge): August 1
Bennett County Fair and Rodeo (Martin): August 8
Interior Frontier Days Rodeo: August 28
New Underwood Labor Day Celebration: September 6
Bennett County School District Homecoming: September 11
Kadoka School Area District Homecoming: September 18
Wall School District Homecoming: September 23
Just as I have made it a priority to attend parades and events throughout District 27, if elected, I will make myself available as often as I can to listen, understand the issues facing our communities, and to be your voice in the State Senate as we work to address them.
Elect Anthony Kathol for District 27 State Senate on November 3. God bless.
