Good morning District 27. Happy Halloween!!! I will be sign-waving this morning at the Martin Grade School highway approach in my Halloween costume during the early morning hours from 6:45 AM to 8:15 AM. At noon, I will have lunch with our seniors at the Martin Senior Citizens Center. Finally, in the evening, I will have tricks or treats for any children who want to stop by my home between 4:30 AM to 5:15 PM today. Have a great day and please slow down for all the trick-or-treaters who will be out and about tonight crossing the streets of Martin. God bless.
